Adugna is a law graduate from Addis Ababa University with a strong interest in corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, and financial laws. He gained valuable experience during his externship at Heineken Breweries S.C. (Heineken Ethiopia), a renowned leader in the beverage industry. During his time there, he acquired hands-on experience with the legal aspects of a leading corporate entity. This experience has equipped him with a strong understanding of the legal frameworks that govern the business operations of corporations.

Adugna actively engaged in various extracurricular activities during his time at law school. He was awarded a certificate upon successful completion of a 10-week online training course titled: Fundamentals of Capital Market Development – A Focus on the Ethiopian Context,” provided by the Florida University Southeast School of Professional Studies.
