DABLO Law Firm is pleased to announce the promotion of Elilta Kefale to Associate I, effective 1 November 2026. The promotion was approved by the DABLO Partners and marks an important milestone in her professional development with the Firm.
Elilta joined DABLO as an Associate II in July 2026. Under DABLO Law Firm’s professional hierarchy, Associate II is the entry associate level, followed by Associate I, with progression thereafter to Senior Associate and more senior positions within the Firm. The promotion from Associate II to Associate I therefore represents advancement within the Firm’s professional career structure and reflects increasing experience and responsibility.
Elilta’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including banking and financial services, foreign investment, market entry, regulatory compliance, capital markets, and real estate.
Her experience includes advising an international payment provider on National Bank of Ethiopia registration and foreign-exchange compliance, conducting due diligence relating to Ethiopian Capital Market Authority registration of two insurers, and negotiating a franchise agreement for a multinational confectionery manufacturer.
Elilta holds an LL.B. from Addis Ababa University and is pursuing an MBA at the same university.
Her promotion reflects DABLO Law Firm’s commitment to developing its lawyers and providing meaningful opportunities for continued professional growth within the Firm.
