Andualem Dereje is an Associate at DABLO Law Firm. He advises local and international clients on corporate, commercial, investment, and regulatory matters, including foreign investment, joint ventures, commercial contracting, employment, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He has advised multinational corporations, investors, and development organisations on market entry, due diligence, entity establishment, licensing, and complex corporate transactions.
Prior to joining DABLO Law Firm, Andualem gained experience at MTA Law Office, where he advised clients across a broad range of corporate and investment matters. He holds an LL.B. from Haramaya University and formerly served as President of the University’s Entrepreneurship Club.
As legal advisor, advised a European microfinance investment vehicle on the Ethiopian legal and regulatory framework governing cross-border lending and equity participation in local financial and agricultural entities.
