Office Manager and Legal Associate
Saron Temesgen is a Legal Associate and Office Manager at DABLO Law Firm LLP. She holds a Bachelor
of Laws (LLB) and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law at Addis Ababa University,
School of Law.
Driven by a strong passion for advocacy and legal consultancy, Saron began shaping her professional
interests early in her academic career. Her commitment to human rights and justice was
recognized by the United Nations Human Rights Office, which awarded her a certificate of participation for her engagement in legal discourse and advocacy.
At DABLO, Saron plays a dual role, contributing to both the firm’s legal services and administrative efficiency. Her legal responsibilities include assisting in court proceedings, drafting legal documents, supporting client representation, and conducting due diligence across government and non-government institutions. Operationally, she manages internal staff schedules, oversees client communications, and ensures seamless office administration, including document management and filing systems.
Saron is known for her diligence, organisational skills, and client-focused mindset. Her dedication to
delivering high-quality legal support and ensuring operational excellence makes her an integral part of
the firm’s continued success.
In processing the Branch Company Registration and Business License acquisition at the Ethiopian Investment Commission and conducted due diligence activities at different government and non-governmental organisations.
In the preparation of legal documents for different civil and labour court proceedings and represented the company at a federal court.
